How do I find my driver at Marrakech Airport?
After booking, you'll receive detailed instructions including your driver's name, phone number, and photo. Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. If you have difficulty locating your driver, call the number provided and we'll connect you immediately.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we'll automatically adjust your pickup time to match your new arrival time at no extra charge. You don't need to contact us unless your delay is longer than 2 hours, in which case we appreciate being informed.
Can I pay cash to the driver?
Yes, you can pay the driver directly in cash upon arrival. We accept Euros (EUR), Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), and British Pounds (GBP). Credit card payments can be arranged in advance for an additional processing fee.
Is tipping the driver expected?
Tipping is appreciated but never obligatory. If your driver has provided exceptional service, a tip of 5-10% is customary. Our drivers are paid fair wages, so tips are purely for excellent service.
What vehicles do you use?
Our fleet includes modern, air-conditioned vehicles suitable for 1-8 passengers. For groups of 1-3 passengers, we typically use comfortable sedans. Larger groups travel in spacious minivans. All vehicles are regularly maintained and insured.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, modifications and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours, a small cancellation fee may apply. Contact us via WhatsApp or email for any changes to your booking.
